We partnered with a specialist medical equipment rental company to completely digitise their operations, transforming how they deliver essential equipment to patients receiving end-of-life care at home.

The project involved developing a comprehensive three-tier system: a customer-facing portal for healthcare providers and families to submit rental requests, an administrative platform with integrated approval workflows through Frontier, and a mobile application for delivery drivers.

The system enables patients and healthcare providers to submit rental requests directly online, routes them through Frontier's approval system, and automatically allocates deliveries to drivers. The mobile app captures delivery outcomes, digital signatures, and proof of delivery, whilst Google Maps integration optimises routing for maximum efficiency.

The platform transformed the company's ability to serve vulnerable patients during critical times, eliminating manual errors and significantly improving response times.
